Super Easy Buffalo Chicken Wraps Recipe(Cheddar’s Copycat)

Description

Tangy, crunchy, saucy, and cheesy, these super easy buffalo chicken wraps are a perfect easy lunch or dinner. They are inspired by my favorite dish from Cheddar’s.


Ingredients

  • 1216 ounces frozen chicken tenders or nuggets of choice
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese (shred your own if possible)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (I like the low carb option)
  • 1/2 cupCole slaw mix
  • 1/4 cup pickle slices
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

 


Instructions

  1. Cook frozen chicken tenders or nuggets according to package directions. 
  2. Meanwhile, shred your cheddar cheese if not using pre-shredded.
  3. Once the chicken is fully cooked, chop into bite sized pieces if desired and toss in buffalo sauce.
  4. Add chicken, coleslaw mix, shredded cheese, pickles, additional buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing to tortilla and wrap.
  5. If desired, sear each side of the wrap on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Cut in half to serve.
