Description
Tangy, crunchy, saucy, and cheesy, these super easy buffalo chicken wraps are a perfect easy lunch or dinner. They are inspired by my favorite dish from Cheddar’s.

- 12–16 ounces frozen chicken tenders or nuggets of choice
- 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 3 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese (shred your own if possible)
- 4 large flour tortillas (I like the low carb option)
- 1/2 cupCole slaw mix
- 1/4 cup pickle slices
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook frozen chicken tenders or nuggets according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, shred your cheddar cheese if not using pre-shredded.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked, chop into bite sized pieces if desired and toss in buffalo sauce.
- Add chicken, coleslaw mix, shredded cheese, pickles, additional buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing to tortilla and wrap.
- If desired, sear each side of the wrap on a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Cut in half to serve.
