- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup butter salted, room temperature
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped Sanders Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all dry ingredients: Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. Set aside.
- Cream The Butter and Sugar: Using your mixer with paddle attachment cream the butter and sugars until fluffy, approximately 4 minutes. Reduce the speed of the mixer and add in the eggs and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients slowly and don’t overmix. Mix in chopped caramels slowly with a spatula.
- Bake: Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet (approximately 2 Tbsp each or a medium size cookie scoop), top with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, and bake for approximately 12 minutes.
