- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 2– 10 oz cans of Rotel (Mild or Original)
- 2 lb Velveeta Cheese
Instructions
Crockpot Instructions
- Add sausage to a skillet over medium heat.
- Crumble sausage into small pieces using a spatula or meat and potato masher. Cook until brown, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Drain sausage and add to your slow cooker.
- Add in the Rotel and stir.
- Dice Velveeta into cubes and add to the slow cooker. Stir.
- Put the lid on your slow cooker and cook on high for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
Stovetop Instructions
- Add sausage to a large skillet or dutch oven over medium heat.
- Crumble sausage into small pieces using a spatula or meat and potato masher. Cook until brown, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Drain sausage and add back to dutch oven.
- Add in the Rotel and stir.
- Dice Velveeta into cubes and add to the dutch oven. Stir.
- Allow cheese to melt, stirring frequently, for approximately 10 minutes. Serve warm.
