Ingredients

  • 2 Lavash Flatbreads
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of choice: pepperoni, sauteed onions, sauteed bell pepper, banana peppers, mushrooms, grilled chicken, cooked sausage, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place flatbreads on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
  3. Optional: bake without sauce or toppings for 2-3 minutes for a crispier crust.
  4. Remove from oven and top with a thin layer of sauce, a layer of shredded cheese, and any additional toppings.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are browning.
