- 1.5 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1.5 lb small red potatoes
- 1.25 cup Italian Dressing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Add parchment paper or a silicon baking mat to a large, rimmed sheet pan.
- Wash and chop potatoes into quarters (if using baby potatoes) or into small bite size pieces. Add them to one side of the sheet pan.
- Add chicken to the middle of the sheet pan.
- Wash and trim green beans. Add them to the other side of the sheet pan.
- Pour Italian dressing over all ingredients and toss each ingredient to evenly coat.
- Bake for 45 minutes until chicken reaches 165 degrees and potatoes are fork tender.
- Broil on high until desired char is reached, checking often.
- Optional: Top with shredded parmesan cheese before serving.
