With only two simple ingredients and five minutes of active prep time, this flavorful and versatile two ingredient slow cooker rotisserie chicken will be on your family’s regular menu rotation… guaranteed!

- 1 Whole Chicken (approximately 6 lbs)
- 3 tsp McCormick Perfect Pinch Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning (or to taste)
Instructions
- Remove any unwanted pieces from the cavity of the chicken (neck, organs, etc.).
- Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Place in an empty crockpot.
- Season liberally with rotisserie chicken seasoning.
- Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours or low 6-8 hours.
- Ensure chicken is cooked to 165 degrees.
Notes
Substitute Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning for any seasoning blend of your choice or use your own favorite herbs and spices.
This recipe can also be made in the oven or in a pressure cooker.
