These hearty, delicious, protein packed saucy ribs are truly finger-licking good. Made with only a few simple ingredients, this one step recipe might be the easiest and most delicious thing you’ll make this week.

- 3 lb. country style boneless ribs
- 1 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce (I like Sweet Baby Rays and Stubbs but use your fave!)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced) or substitute with 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and pepper to taste (approximately 1 tsp each)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours
- Optional: After cooking, transfer meat and sauce to an oven safe dish and broil until golden brown. This adds a nice texture by thickening the sauce as well as a depth of flavor by browning/caramelizing the barbecue. It is still delicious without this step if you’re pressed for time or don’t want to dirty an extra dish.
