- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (measured before chopping)
- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- Optional: For a creamier end result, add extra Boursin cheese or plain cream cheese until desired texture is reached.
Instructions
Stovetop Directions:
- Heat skillet on medium heat (I like cast iron)
- Saute spinach on stovetop until wilted
- Chop artichokes and add to the skillet, warming for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Boursin cheese and melt.
- Serve directly from the skillet.
Oven Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and Boursin cheese. Stir until evenly combined.
- Transfer to a baking dish: Spread the mixture into a small oven-safe dish.
- Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes, until hot and bubbly. If you’d like a golden top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
