This 3-ingredient spinach artichoke dip is creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor—no one will believe how easy it is to make! Whether you’re throwing together a quick appetizer for a party or just need a cozy snack for movie night, this dip is sure to be a hit.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (measured before chopping)
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • Optional: For a creamier end result, add extra Boursin cheese or plain cream cheese until desired texture is reached.

Instructions

Stovetop Directions:

  1. Heat skillet on medium heat (I like cast iron)
  2. Saute spinach on stovetop until wilted

  3. Chop artichokes and add to the skillet, warming for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add Boursin cheese and melt.

  5. Serve directly from the skillet.

Oven Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Mix ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and Boursin cheese. Stir until evenly combined.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish: Spread the mixture into a small oven-safe dish.

  4. Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes, until hot and bubbly. If you’d like a golden top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.

  5. Serve warm with your favorite dippers!
